1. Revocation Policy

Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

For contracts concerning the delivery of goods, the revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last item.

For contracts regarding the delivery of digital content not contained on a physical medium—content produced and provided in digital form—the revocation period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

You may use the attached sample revocation form, though its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your revocation before the expiration of the revocation period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method different from our standard, least expensive option), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your revocation. For this refund, we shall use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

For contracts concerning the delivery of goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods only if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of Revocation Right

The revocation right expires early for contracts regarding the provision of digital content if we have started contract fulfillment after you have expressly agreed to the fulfillment before the revocation period expires, acknowledged that you thereby lose your revocation right, and received confirmation of the contract including this condition on a durable medium.

General Notes on Returning Goods

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Send them back in their original packaging along with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure proper protection against transport damage with appropriate packaging.
2. Please do not send goods back uninsured.
3. The points above (1-2) are not mandatory requirements for the effective exercise of the revocation right.
